TESS RAMSEY
Tess Ramsey (they/them) is an artist, technologist, and educator based in New York City. They run a makerspace at The Speyer Legacy School for K-8 students and teach Creative and Computational Thinking classes.
In 2025, Tess recieved the National Computer Science Teaching Excellence Award from Computer Science Teachers Association (CSTA) and Infosys Foundation. As a CSTA IMPACT Fellow Alum, they are commited to creating PD and providing educational resources for students and teachers that reshapes our collective approach to Computer Science education, empowering all students to gain 21st century skills.

They hold a BFA in Sculpture from the Tyler School of Art, where they focused on promoting gender equality through performance art, interactive installations, and community workshops.
